Studio "Need-to-know" policies


Need-To-Knows at The FIT Lounge:

~There is a 12 hour cancellation policy on all class reservations. Please cancel your booking more than 12 hours before the start of the class to avoid a $10 fee.  If you fail to show up for a reservation, you will be charged the full drop in rate of $20.

~For you safety and the respect of those around you, you will not be allowed to join a class any later than 5 minutes after the class has begun.

~Please advise your instructor before the class begins if you are pregnant or have any new injuries or physical limitations. This is for your safety.

~Grip socks are REQUIRED for all Pilates, Barre and Fusion classes for your safety and to maintain cleanliness of the studio.

~Children are only permitted in the studio if they are participating in a class with parental authorization prior to the beginning of the class. 

~Phones are not allowed in the studio. Please silence your phone and tuck it away with your things. Allow yourself 45 minutes of “you” time to unwind and reconnect. *If you need your phone for extenuating circumstances, please let our staff know.

~Please discard any chewing gum before entering the studio area.

~Sanitization of equipment is required after each use. Mats are provided as a convenience to you. It is suggested that you purchase your own if you are going to practice regularly.
